My experience at Renault Romford was positive because Russell provided an excellent service to us from the time that we arrived to view vehicle, set up our test drive, went through all the details of the car that we wanted to know about and really made an excellent effort to ensure any issues we raised were fully dealt with prior to us collecting our vehicle. Very happy with Russell's efforts and was very generous in providing a full tank of petrol at time of collection & overall a a much much better experience that we I experienced elsewhere recently). Thanks very much to Russell who also has a great sense of humour.
